According to <br />Snohomish County records, you are the owner of this property, which is legally described as: <br />Powder Mill Higlilands Div No. 2 Blk 000 D-00 Lot 81 <br />Pazcel number: 8135 000 081 00 <br />I. Descrintion of Violation <br />The accessory structure was buiit witliout the benefit of building permits. <br />• SecHon 16.01.030 of the Everett city code adopts the 1997 editions of the Uniform Building <br />Code and the Uniform Building Code Standazds, as amended by the Washington <br />Administrative Code Section 51-40, except some portions tha4 have been deleted, modified <br />or amended by Chapter 16.01 of the city code. <br />• Uniform Building Code Section 103 states that it is unlawful for any person, firm or <br />corporation to erect, construct, enlarge, alter, repair, move, improve, remove, convert or <br />demolish, equip, use, occupy or maintain any building or sttuchue or cause or permit the <br />same to be done in violation of the Uniform Building Code. <br />• Uniform Building Code Section 106.1 states that permits are required when a structure <br />is constructed, enlarged, altered, repaired, improved, converted or demolished unless <br />specifically exempted by the Uniform Building Code. <br />. Uniform Building Code Section 106.2('n specifies that only platforms and walks not <br />more than 30 inches above grade are exempt from permits. <br />In addition this accessory structure has be�n build without benefit of Planning Department <br />review and approval. <br />• Section 19.07.020(I� of the Everett City code states that detached accessory buildings shall <br />not excecd 15 feet in height, except as provided for in the Hearing Examiner process. <br />�2 <br />
