Please see the enclosed <br />inspection activity report. The International Building Code and the Intemational Residential Code <br />state that all permits expire if the work authorized by the permits is suspended or abandoned for a <br />period of 180 days atier the work is commenced. Work under this permit will nu longer be <br />authorized unless you: <br />I) Demonstrate continuing progress by requesting inspection of work that has occurr�d since your <br />last inspection, or <br />2) Request final inspecti �ns of the work that is completed, or <br />3) Submit a written rcquest for a 180 day extension, detailing justifiable cause for extension. <br />Plcase respond within 10 days. After that time your permit file will be sent to our Records <br />Deparlment for microfihning without documentation of final approval. These records aze <br />available to prospective buycrs and Icnding institutions. If you wish to resume work in the future, <br />a new pemiit must be obtained.
