These comments address building issues only, addidonal <br />revisions or addidons may be required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning <br />or F'ue). All references refer to the 1991 Uniform Building Code, as amended by the <br />State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 1991, 2nd Edition, unless <br />stated otherwise. <br />1. The plans submitted are incomplete. The comments that follow are general in <br />nature and may not be completc. <br />An additional plan review response may be required after receipt of completed <br />plans. <br />�A. Provide sections through the roof deck area that illustrate the proposed <br />framing system, waterproofing per Sec. 1708(c), and guardrails per Sec. <br />1712(a). <br />� B. Provide sections through the main entry area that illustrate the proposed <br />framing systems for roofs, floors and stau5. <br />�� C. Provide window size on the drawings or a window schedule that accurately <br />reflects the number and sizes of all windows. <br />Please note that glazed doors and sidelites are to be considered within the <br />allowable glass to floor area ratio. <br />11�� D.
