Grantor sha11 at all times conduct its activities and all other <br />activieies conducted on Grantor's property so as not to interfere with, <br />obstrucc or endanger the usefulness of any improvements, or other facilities, <br />now or hereafter mainCained upon tho easement, or in any wa� interfere with, <br />obstruct or endanger the City's use of the eesement. <br />2. Prior to any construetion, work or any other ectivity by Grantor on <br />thc aasement, a notification and plans for the same shall be eubmitted in <br />writing co the Cicy by Contractor and no euch construction, work or ectivity <br />by Crantor ehall be commenced without City's prior written agreement that the <br />Grantor's proposed construccion, work or activity will not interfere with the <br />City's easement granted herein; PROVIDED, tlOWEVER, eny changes or recisions in <br />the plans shall also be subject to City's prior a�reemenC. The C1ty's raview <br />of the Crantor's plans under this easement shall not ba deemed to iropose eny <br />duty or obligar.ion on the City to determine the edequacy or sufFiciency of <br />Grentor's plene and deeigne nor whether Crantor's constructlon, work or <br />activity is in conformance with other applicable plans, codes end <br />regulations.
