The approx?mate size trench is 3.5' wide, 2' deep and 25' long. See attachment (or <br />more details. <br />The contractor must meet with the Public Works Inspector to discuss potential drainage routing prior to <br />beginning the project. <br />Install erosion control measures as determined by the Public Works inspector, such as silt fence, straw <br />bales, swales, or erosion blankets. <br />Install erosion contrel measures per City of Everett Standards for small parcels <br />Remove erosion control measures upon completion of the project prior to final approval of the permit. <br />All excavated material from foundation, sidewalk and driveways shall be hauled to an approved, <br />permitted site. No wasting of materiai is allowed on this building lot. <br />No dirt, mud, rocks or debris io be tracked onto roadway. <br />No building materials to be stacked on sidewalks and sidewalks to be kept clean and oper� for <br />pedestrian travel. <br />Adjust water meter box 1" above sidewalk grade. <br />Remove and replace curb, gulter and sidewatk as per City of Everett Standard Plan #'s 305A & 306 on <br />tliis proposal's frontage as directed by the Public VVorks Inspector (i.e. all unused driveways and any <br />broken or damaged area must be replaced). <br />Install a Type I concrele driveway per City of Everett Standard #307. <br />Pave driveway from the front property line out to the street paving. <br />20.
