Callahan, Secretar•y �F��- Everett City Hall 3002 Wetmore Avenue Everett, WA 98201 Re: Request for Variance of Gord�n Bjorg Gentlemen: As you are aware, the undersigned represents Mr. and Mrs. Klaus Fleischer, 5008 - 23rd Avenue West, Everett, Washington, also known as Lot 13, Plat of Granada Seaview Estates Division #1 . At the conclusion of the May 2> 1980, meeting, you saw fit to continue Mr. Bjorg's request for a variance until your June meeting. It is my understanding that Mr. Bjorg or his representatives may, if they elect to do so, erect a structure on Lot 4, Granada Seaview Estates Division H1 , at an elevation of some sixteen (16) feet above the highest point on that property. This would enable the Board members and the neighbors to assess the impact of the granting of this variance request. Should this be a�:complished, and the Board members view the premises, I respectfully request that they take advan- tage of Mr . and Mrs. Fleischer's offer to view Lot 4 from their living room window. I believe that this will give the Board an understanding of the impact that would result if Mr. Bjorg's residence is constructed pursuant to the terms of the requested variance. So as not to in any way prejudice the Board, please be advised that I am for- warding a copy of this letter to Mr. Bjorg so that if he has any objections to this offer, he may communicate them directly to the Board members.
