None of the neighbors were contacted before this request
came before the Board.
There were other lot owners of Granada Seaview Estates #1 that
spoke against the variance reguest as they felt the 25 foot limit-
ation should be adhered to because many views wi11 be obstructed
if this height restriction is not enforced.

1 Chairman Russell then sugyested to the owner of Lot 4, Mr. Bjorg,
and the architect, Mr. Miller, that they should review their plans
with the neighbors. Also to place stakes in the ground at different
elevations showing the proposed building height to better inform the
neighbors as to whether or not there will be sight obstructions.
Mr. Russell suggested a 30-day postponement would be in order.
Mr. hiiller said they would be willing to conform to Mr. Russell's
suggestions and Mr. Bjorg and himself had no objection to a thirty
(30) day postponement.
A motion was made by 14r. Eckstrom, seconded by Mr. Zook and all
Board members agreed except Mr. Wilson to postpone the hearing for
thirty (30) days.
