Also, that he was withdrawing <br /> his application for a height variance on a portion of Lot 4 , <br /> Granada Seaview Estates Division ido. 1. <br /> A hearing was held on the application of William G. Moore, <br /> 1314 Mukilteo Blvd. , Everett, Washington 98203 and Howard <br /> Purves, 4716 College Avenue, Everett, Washington 98203 , for <br /> a variance from Section 19 . 14. 050 of the Everett t4unicipaJ. Code, <br /> Yard Requ�rements, Paragraph "C" , for permission to construct <br /> a single family residence and be able to build to within ten <br /> (10) feet of the rear property line rather than the Code <br /> re�uirement of twenty (20) feet. The topography of the site makes it very difficult <br /> to construct a single family dwelling on the <br /> subject property and this is the reason for the <br /> request for a reduction of the 20 ft. rear yard <br /> setback. <br />
