Thev <br /> are requesting permission to construct a sinqle family residence to within <br /> ten (10) feet of the frent property line rather than the required twenty (20) <br /> feet. Also to allow for. a deck to extend six (6) feet into the rear yard <br /> setback. <br /> LEGRI.
