No comment on variance request. Permit review <br /> will be subject to all criteria of the Steep Slope - <br /> Ordinance. <br /> Mr. Bob Miller, an architect, represented Mr, Bjorg and had the <br /> following comments to make: <br /> 1. He did the final design of the bvilding. <br /> 2. Portions of the lot are very steep and he has tried <br /> to design a residence that is minimal in height by <br /> building a part of the structure into the hill . <br /> 3. There is a cliff area that is unbuildable. <br /> Mr. Dave Martinson, an attorney representing Mr, and Mrs. F]Pisher, <br /> who own the adjacent property, spoke against the granting of the • <br /> variance and gave the following reasons : <br /> 1. The view for Lot 13 , which has Mr. and Mrs. F7,e_sher' s <br /> house on it will have their view reduced if the pro- <br /> posed residence is constructed on Lot 4. <br />
