The specific proposal is to construct a concrete retaining wall 50 feet by 6 feet to cover <br /> the entire property line (approximately 76 feet plus 8 foot bow) to ensure that there will not be <br /> any furiher erosion. The applicant must comply with all of the folle�,ving conditions. <br /> 1) The applicant must comply with all of the recommendations in the Geotechnical <br /> Engineering Report on the proposed retaining wall at 5117 23rtl Avenue West, dated <br /> January 2, 2009 including erosion control measures, temporary cut-slope stability and the <br /> re-vegetation plan for slope stabilization; <br /> 2) Any permits necessary for the construction of the proposed retaining wall must be <br /> obtained by the applicant prior to construction; <br /> 3) The contractor shall erect a silt fence beyond the new retaining wall unless the <br /> construction takes place in a period of dry weather; and <br /> 4) The area downhill of the retaining wall shall be graded per the geotechnical engineer's <br /> requirements and replanted with native plant material.
