The property has a <br /> s;cep slope in ihe rear of thc home. A wooden retaining wall exists about ( feet heyond the concrete siab <br /> at thc rear of the home and you wish to replace it with a morc pertnanent structure. <br /> INTRODUCTION <br /> You wish to remedy the settlement occurring behvicen the concretc slab and the top of the bluff. "T'he <br /> purpose of this study and report is to present our findings, opinions, and conclusions regarding existing <br /> geotechnical conditions and our recommendations for the pianned development within the site. <br /> Specifically, we have evaluated the geotechnical conditions on the lot and are providing a geotechnical <br /> en�;ineering report discussing thosc condition�: and recommending approaches to construction of the <br /> structure. <br /> The scope of our services includes surficial observations, assessment of [he sloping areas, and <br /> recommendations for constniction.
