Allowing chemically treated water to <br /> enter natural waterways is now punishable by significant fines and penalties. <br /> Even though modern swimming poofs are designed to maintain their water and not be <br /> drained, there may be situations where the water must be removed from the pool for <br /> repair or maintenance. In this event, a solution to violating the state law would be to <br /> pump the water to a sanitary sewer manhole.
