Previous <br /> subsurface explorations conducud by Assceiated Ear[h Sciences, Inc. (AEv n in 1995 indicated <br /> that [he azea of the proposed location for the wesurn deuntioa pond, which lies north of Lot 3- <br /> F, is underlain by glacially consolidated sand with variable amounts of gravel(Vashon advance <br /> outwash). Our explo:ations indicated that several feet of loose, colluvial sedimenu overlie the <br /> unweachered, glacially consolidated sedimeats at some locations. The copogcaphy of this azea <br /> generally slopes down toward the north-northwest, at a gradient of approxima[ely 5 to 10 <br />
