The infortnation provided by DNR includes an <br /> approval condftion stating 'No timber removal within 100 feet of Type 3 streams including <br /> hazard S se removal without further DNR review under SEPA." <br /> The bufFars required by the City are less than 100 feet from the stream in places. Tharefore, <br /> before you proceed with clearing, we recommend that you resolve the bufl`er issues with DNR <br /> and obtain a Forest Practices Permit. if you proceed with ��<. �7 on the s;te based u�on the <br /> •Public Works Permit, you do so at your own risk. <br /> Also note that other pertnits !ray be required from State agencies, such as a Hydraulic Project <br /> Approval from the Department of Fish and Wildlife and a NPDES parmit from the DepartmeM of <br /> Ecology.
