Based upon our in(tlal dlsciasion, we believe it would be�•�ise to <br /> separate this project tnto two elements; 1.)The permanent major constructton associated with <br /> Phase I of the master plan, and 2.)The intertm portable buildtngs induding the SPRUNG <br /> structure. We expect to submit our application (or a bulldtng construction permtt tn June with <br /> associated documertation for the permanent buildings. We would propoa�a separete review <br /> and permitting praess to address tssues related to the interlm buildtngs. <br /> The purpose of th6 letter ts to begin the review process related to issues tdentified <br /> with the tnterim buildings. Based upon the pre•appticatbn meeting we identified the folloN�ing <br /> potential Bsues: <br /> 1.) IdenUfication of phasing from Phase i through to the final phase of the master plan. <br /> See attached for Phase I - V over the years 20Q0- 2008, <br /> 2.) Impacts of phase I and future phases. <br /> See attached. <br /> 3.) Conformance with codes of portable buildings includtng the SPRUNG structure. <br /> See attached discussion. <br /> Please identify other tssues we may have mtssed. We would appreciate your written <br /> comments on the issues identified. We would like to schedute an information gathering <br /> meeting with our portable structure supplier and with SPRUNG at your cornenterxe.
