The building modulation modification <br /> rcyuest is approved, subject to the follo«�ing conditions: <br /> a) "Che building design and ele��ations submiucd for building permit review must be <br /> cunsisient ��'ith the design approv�d lhrough this Planned Action revie�ti•. <br /> The Planning Director appro��cd the building modulation modification based on the following: <br /> Subsection 27.020.r\.2. of Everett's 7_oning Code requires tltat buifding facades ereater than <br /> si�ty feet in Icngth shnll be modulatcd Uy Ceatures a minimum of ti�•e feet in depth, a minimum <br /> of(ifleen and a maximwn of si:;ty Peet in Icngth, and at least fifty percent of the building height. <br /> Subse�tion ?7.020.A.2.e. provides the Plannine Departmcnt authority to grant a modilication of <br /> these standards if an adr.quate alternative is proposed.
