4. �l�his project must comply �i�ith the current City of Evc:ett Buildir.g Code and Sprinkler <br /> Ordinance. <br /> �. Special cl�arges for connection to the sewer and water systems in accordance with <br /> Ordinance 1995-94 and .subsequent revision are applicable. These charges are based on <br /> projected water usage and can be substantial. Applicant is encouraged to obtain a copy of <br /> tlte Ordinance and determine estimated charges prior to building permit application. The <br /> actual charges shall be computed by the Public Works Department per the ordinance in <br /> cffect at the time and according co the information on thc approved plans at the time of <br /> building permit issuance. <br /> 6. Lack of comment on the plans submitted with the application does not constitute <br /> approval of these plans. <br /> 7. A fire hydrant is required widiin 350 driving feet of every structure. The hj'drant(s) must <br /> meet Cit.; Specifications <br /> 8. City streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times during construction. Dust <br /> suppression and stmet cleaning must occur as directed by die PuUlic Works Inspector. <br /> 9. n one-ycar warra�q� is required on the public improvement for an amount not less Uian <br /> 10% of the cost of c.onstruction and shall run for one year £rom the date issuance of the <br /> first Occu�iancy Y�rmit. <br /> ]0. :� h�o-year guarantee is required for private retention/detcntion or other drainage <br /> treatmenUabatement facilities serving areas larger than one acre. <br /> 1 l. On-site water main �vifl be siaked �i�ithin an easement to the City.
