You agreed to keep the structure <br /> secured unttl yrou started work on rehabilitation which was to begin <br /> within months. <br /> An inspectlon of the building on August 15th revealed that all the <br /> plywood has been removed from the windows and doars. Obviously the <br /> structure is being entered by transients once again. <br /> Because of these conditions the ci+.y has no alternative but to pra- <br /> ceed with aDatement of the str�acture. A Building Offlcial 's Notice <br /> and Urder wi11 be issued to abate these conditions if the situation <br /> is not corrected withtn five working days. <br /> Yours truly, <br /> L. N.
