Hinton <br />4208 Grand <br />Everett, Washington 98203 <br />Dear Sir: <br />County records indicate you are the owner of the following legally described <br />property: Lots 30,31,and 32, Zoora Addition. <br />Commonly known as: 3014 - 23rd Street, Everett, Washington. <br />An inspection of the structure located at the above address reveals several <br />deficiencies which may be deemed detrimental to the occupants or the public, <br />as defined in the Uniform Building Code Volume III Housing. (Everett City <br />Housing Code, Ordinance #129-71). These conditions may be considered suffi- <br />cient to declare the building to be sub -standard and/or a dangerous building. <br />Some of the deficiencies noted are listed on page two of this letter <br />Your immediate attention is necessary to remedy these conditions.
