Steve Novy <br />2312 Walnut <br />Everett, WA 98201 <br />RE: Owner: <br />Job Address <br />Plan Check No <br />Dear Mr. Novy: <br />U <br />Steve Novy <br />3014 23rd Street <br />91/26587 <br />In response to your application for a construction permit, your plans have <br />been examined and you are advised that the issuance of a permit is being <br />withheld for the reasons listed below. <br />1. 4 x 10 D.F. #2 beam at crawl space is overstressed. Submit new beam <br />size, species and grade (center span). <br />2. 6 x 12 D.F. #2 beam at bay window in living room is overstressed. <br />. Submit new beam size, species and grade. <br />3. 6 x 12 D.F. #2 beam at bay window in nook is overstressed. Submit new <br />size, species and grade. <br />4. 2 x 6 rafters a-: 24" O.C. will not support 25 lb. snow load and 10 lb. <br />dead load spanning 14 feet. Submit new rafter size, species and grade. <br />5.
