Submit new beam <br />size, species and grade (center span). <br />2. 6 x 12 D.F. #2 beam at bay window in living room is overstressed. <br />. Submit new beam size, species and grade. <br />3. 6 x 12 D.F. #2 beam at bay window in nook is overstressed. Submit new <br />size, species and grade. <br />4. 2 x 6 rafters a-: 24" O.C. will not support 25 lb. snow load and 10 lb. <br />dead load spanning 14 feet. Submit new rafter size, species and grade. <br />5.
