Box 2098 <br />Everett, WA 98203 <br />RE: Remodel of the Little Theatre, Everett High School - <br />Study Hall Ceiling Concern <br />i <br />Dear Ron: <br />During final City of Everett inspection of this project, concern <br />was expressed about the new ceiling not be?ng an 1-HR assembly. A <br />discussion with Mr. Ben Edwards, City of Everett Building Department, <br />however, resulted in acceptance of the new ceiling as it exists, if <br />the existing ceiling is repaired back to its original condition. <br />This means all holes would be patched (with 5/8" Type X GWB, minimum) <br />and any pipe penetrations sealed. <br />If I can be of any further assistance, please let me know. <br />r <br />I concur with the above concluzions. <br />A.
