All rates and charges so paid shall be credited toward the sewer connection <br /> charges applicable at such time as the property is connacted. It is the C�ry's intent to <br /> begin the applicable monthly sewer service charge, currer,tly $38.40 per month for a <br /> single family residence, if this charge has not already been started. <br /> A sewer connection to the Ci+.y of Everett's public sewer system requirss payment of <br /> various fees.
