Everett Municipal Code further establishes that all properties within 150 feet of an <br /> available public sanitary sewer, who fail to connect after notice by the City, shall pay to I <br /> the City an amount equal to the sewer service charges established for other users oi I <br /> like kind. All rates and charges so paid shall be credited toward the sewer connection <br /> charges applicable at such time as the property is connected. It is the City's intent to <br /> begin the applicable monthly sewer service charge, currently $38.40 per mo;ith for a <br /> single family residencE, if this charge has not already been started. <br /> A sewer connection to the City of Everett's public sewer system requires payment of <br /> various fees. These connection fees vary by home size, commercial type, and <br /> outstanding area bond and/or latecomer charges. This letter is intended for the current <br /> owner of the listed property.
