Removal of native conifers will '�e limited <br /> to dead, diseased, or hazardous trees. Structures (including decks, <br /> patios, outbuildings, or overhangs beyond eighteen inches) are prohibited <br /> w'ithin the Native Vegetative Buffer. Individual lot lines may be fenced by <br /> property owners.
