This evaluation was <br /> required due to owner/contractor concerns, as well as City of Fverett requirements. <br /> REFERENCES: <br /> . Site Plan <br /> . Bruce, P.E. dated August 20, 2007 <br /> BACKGROUND: <br /> The Krueger property is irregular in shape as indicated on the site plan. The <br /> existing house occupies the eastern portion of the overall lot. The existing residence <br /> consists of two-story wood-frame on continuous perimeter footings with interior isolated <br /> footings. There is no lower level or basement level. <br /> It is understood that the Krueger residence is less than 10 years old and reveals <br /> no evidence of any geotechnical distress: no settlement, no foundation cracking or any <br /> evidence of erosional degradation. The property abuts a natural drainage ravine near <br /> the south property line.
