The bermed area shall be large enough, <br /> � and the berms high enough, to contain 110 perce�t of the largest <br /> �1 � tank's total volume or 108 of the total tank volume, whichever is <br /> largest. <br /> 1� An outlet shall be provided from the bermed area co allow drainage of <br /> �1 accumulated rain water. The outlet shall be equipped vith a msnually <br /> operated valve that shall be kept in the closed position except when <br /> � the area is being dr�ined of accuu.ulated rain water.
