' The following condltlons were found: , Tha s�ructure is two story single family residence 18' x 31' . The exterior walls are conetructed with 1x12 vertical boards (no studs) covered 'oy lz6 drop siding. Interior wall� wood lath and plaster of which has been damaged by fire , estimated to be ap- proximately 25;8, Kitchen area heavily damaged by fire, the beari.ng wall on the Vorth East side carrytng the second story is burned to the extent it could collapse and the storage area ad,jacent, on North side of above mentioned wall , is completely burned out. ^there is no Kitchen cabinets or olumbing facilities. J Dlning ai�d living areas are fire dar�aged a:id the plaster is off the remaining lath. The underside of the stairway to 2nd floor 1� burned to the extent it is impossible to get upstairs. The floor ,joists in lower floor under and ad,�acent to the stai.rs are burned to the extent they would have to be replaced. (See Photo) Wall 'netoreen Kitchen and Stairs is burned and buckling. (See Photo) Foundation Ss Block and Beam with approximately siz inches space betvreen beams and ground. Deterioration 1� evident, there is no i crawl space. There are no window fra.mes or sash, and no door frames or 3oors in the entire building. The wirint� is completely gone, elther by fire or was ,_one existant in the first place. `Phe structure is taell bPyond the 50�' valuation point in deteriora- tion and fire damage , the general construction utterly fails to comply with the Unlform Building Code.
