I have enclosed a copy of the Inspection Record. <br />If this is an oversight, please call (425) 257-8881 to request inspection. If work is yet to be <br />completed, please submit a written request for a 180 day extension. <br />Please respond within 10 days. After that time the file will be sent to our Records Department <br />for microfilming without final approval.
