The Intemational Building Code and the Intemational <br /> Residential Code state that all pennits expire if the work authorized by the permits is suspended <br /> or abandoned for a period of 180 days aRer the work is commenced. Work under this permit <br /> will no longer be authorized unless you: <br /> 1) Demonstrate continuing progress by reyuesting inspection of work that has occurred since <br /> your last inspection, or <br /> 2) Requcst final inspections oCthe work that is completed, or <br /> 3) Submit a�vritten rcquest for a 180 day extension, dctailing justifiable cause for extension. <br /> Pleasc respond within 10 days. After that time your permit filc will be sent to our Records <br /> Department for microfilming without documentation of final approvaL These records aze <br /> available to prospective buyers and lending institutions.
