Then
and only then would the time be ripe for an application for building permit to
be properly entertained.
Accordingly, on behalf of Stream Keepers of Everett and Snohomish County and Mr.
and Mrs. Richard Farrar, the following demand is made:
1. The building permit No. 2.5612 issued to Sterling Hones Northwest, Inc.
be revoked and declared null and void;
2. That no construction work of any kind be allowed on the site;
3. That the developer be required do restoration for the damages that has
been caused the wetland and environmentally sensitive areas by the "testing"
activity during the past several months;
4. That because of the potential for damage to the Farrar residence and
its foundational support, no equipment be allowed on the property, without first
obtaining permission from the Farrars and requiring indemnification for damages
from grney
lo n r of the Farrars.
ours
Jo ston Jr.
a Law n^, ,
I'(D
;LSJ
EFZ:sb NOV 0 6 1 ;,a
cc: City Attorney U L )
Marsh, Mundorf & Pratt City AiLorricy's Office NOV 6 1990
Wight & Hardt
EVERETT BUILDING DEPT.
