The purpose of the inspection was to determine whether or <br />not wetlands on the site were connected to wetlands on adjacent properties. <br />After visually inspecting the subject property and adjacent lands, it is my opinion <br />that the small wetland located on the property, at the top of the slope beneath the <br />existing dwelling, is connected hydrologically to the wetland located on the adjacent <br />property.
