Garrett Munger of Terra Associates was also present. <br />Based on field observations, a wetland was identified and portions of it <br />flagged. The map submitted by McArdle and Murray, dated February 26, 1991, <br />shows the general location of the wetland. <br />The wetland identified is a highly impacted wet meadow with minimal func ional <br />value. <br />The Applicant has presented plans that provide setbacks from the emergent <br />wetland. These setbacks meet the requirements of Chapter 37 EMC, and will <br />adequately protect the resource. <br />Larry Crawford <br />
