February 28, 1991
McArdle and Murray, Inc
Attn: Stacey Wenger
2917 Pacific Avenue
Everett, WA 98201
Subject: 4910 27th Avenue West
Building Permit Release
Gentlemen:
The purpose of this letter is to provide notice that the City of Everett is
lifting the "Notice to Stop Work" for the subject single family residence.
The original stop work notice was issued on November 2, 1990 pending
resolution of the wetland area identified in the southwest corner of the
building lot. The identified wetland requires a thirty-five foot buffer in
accordance with the Everett Zoning Code. The outer/northern boundaries of the
wetland buffer just touch the rear patio of the proposed residence.
Construction of the residence can proceed as originally approved with the
following conditions:
1. The perimeter of the buffer area shall be fenced to prohibit intrusion
into the wetland buffer during construction and in the future. I
would suggest a three foot chain link fence. The fence needs to be
installed prior to starting any other site work.
2. The rear patio layout may require modification in order that it does
not encroach into the fence/buffer.
Please contact Alan Locke at 259-8810 after the fence is installed for
verification. We appreciate your cooperation during the resolution of this
issue.
Sincerely,
iLarr Cra `rd
As stant Public Works Director
LC//1673-5
C-C, 7C, "o;20 ':77 .
CITY OF EVERETT • 3200 Cedar Street • Everett.
