QUALLY, hereinafter called the'Grantors", in consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar and other good and valuable consideration paid by QUINTON D. CHRISTENSEN and FERN CHRISTENSEN, his wife, herein- after called the "Grantees", the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, _sll, transfer and. convey to said Grantee their heirs and assigns, a perpetual easement to install, lay, and thereafter use, operate, repair, maintain, replace and remove a sewer line over and across the following, land owned by the Grantors in Snohomish County, State of Washington: A 4 foot sewer easement lying 2 feet on eithee side of the following center line description: That portion of Lot 5, B:ock 1, Seaview sleights as per plat recorded in Volume 11 of Plats on page 66, records of Snohomish County, described as follows: commencing at the northwest corner of said Lot 5; thence north 88059114" oust along the north line of said Lot 5, for a, distance of 125.04 feat; thence due south along the east line of said Lot 5 for 90.01 fe>t; thence south 8805911''411:'aaest parallel to the ,:orth line of Lot 5„ a distatic-e 14.61 feet; thence northwesterly to a point which is 90 feet east of the west line of said Lot 5 and 32 feet south of the north line of said Lot 5; thence west parallel to the north line of said Lot 5 to the west line thereof together with the right of ingra,�s and egress over Grantors adjacent lands for the purpose for which the above mentioned rights are granted. The easement hereby granted shall not exceed fear (4) feet in width. This agreement together with other provisions of this easement shall constitute a covenant running with the land for the benefit of the Grantee, their heirs and assigns.
