Buae applied for <br />covarage under our general stormwater permxr. on September 29, 1992. <br />This aatiafies their obligation under atate and fedaral NPDES <br />requirements as of this date. <br />Busa's proposal 1s consiatent with the atructural requirements <br />envisioned i.n tha general permit.
