Additional revisions or additions may be <br />required by other departmer�s (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). Ail references refer to the <br />(201Z International Building Code,) (201Z Internationa! Residential Code,) as amended by the <br />State of FVashington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2012 Edition, and adopted by the <br />City of Everett, unless stated othenvise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br />provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the <br />corrections .equested, along with a reduced set of plans no larger than 11" x 17". <br />1. Footings shall rest on undisturbed soil not less than 12" below the finished gradc. <br />Z. Specify species and grade of Zx12 rafters. <br />3. Specify minimum header sizes for existing French door and window openings in existing <br />structure. <br />4. 5pecify ledger attachment to existing structure. Show size, spacing, and location of lag <br />bolts based on loading condilions speciFc to this strudure. <br />5.
