AESI noted that a series of stockpiles had been placed near the <br />soulhwcsl end of the project area. Further, AESI noted that an men immediately to the north of the stockpiles had been graded out into no <br />approximately 6.8" loose lift. No compaction processes appeared to have been performed on the above noted material. The biotic barrier rock <br />material, which appeared to come from two different sources as noted in prior reports, generally consisted of 1.25" screened rock. No <br />representatives from the contractor were onsite/actively working the area at tittle of observation.
