AESI noted that a series of stockpiles had been created
near the eastern end of the project area. The proposed biotic rock material, which appeared to come from t,,o different sources as noted in prior
reports, generally consisted of 1.25" screened rock. Further, AESI noted that some of the material had been spread into an approximately 6"
loose Till to the immediate west of the stockpiles. No compaction was noted at time of visit. The earthwork contractor was not onsite at time of
observations, though in prior conversations, the operator noted that importing the material in sufficient quantities had proved difficult.
