Available "off-street" parking on the site � <br />was limiCed. Liberal interpretation of the zoning code iden[ified a requirement <br />for ten (10) "off-street" parking snaces. Tn order to meet this requirement, <br />it was necessary :or Dr. Karr to lea:e City Right-of-Way for two (2) of the <br />ten (10) spaces. Dr. Karr made appl�.cation to lease a portion of'the Cit�y <br />Ri�ht-of-Way, which Council approved in accordance with City Municipal Code. <br />Dr. Karr has rcyuested a hearing with City Council to appeal the annual lease <br />payment of $1'L2.85 because adherence to code requirements for landscaping and <br />driveway widths created two (2) additional "on-street" parking spaces.
