If placed outside the building it must be boxed, so that it ran be easily rencbed, and so that It cull be protected from frost. All pipes, Inside and out. side, must be laid free from traps so that they will drain when the waste is open. Pipes in the ground must be Inid not less than twenty-four Inches below the surface. All pipes must be run so as to avoid stoppages and traps be well secured. NO bustling must be used to collectwith tine slop -cock at the sidewalk; nipples or reducing sockets may he used if tweessNy. No pipe call run between the Coanpany's service -cock and main, and In ense a water meter is set, no pipe oust be connected outside the meter.
