These comments address building issues only. Additional revisions. ur ..9a tions, <br />may be required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire) All reietences <br />refer to the 1997 Uniform Building Code, as amended by the State of Washington and/or <br />Washington State Energy Code, 2001 Edition, unless stated otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br />provide the Building Division with two complete new sets of drawings reflecting the <br />corrections requested. <br />1. A one -hour occupancy separation is required between the garage and office. Please <br />provide an assembly detail and testing agency I.D. number. UBC 302. <br />2. The plans should include the requirement for a monitored fire detection system. <br />Per Everett City Ordinance 1902-92. <br />4. Door number 3 of the office area is required to have a minimum net width of 32" <br />(2' 10" door required). UBC 1106.10.2 (State Amendment). <br />6. Exposed beam/column connections require connection hardware.
