August 16, 1988
Snohomish County Board of Realtors
3201 Wetmore
Everett, WA 98201
Re: 1710 - 32nd St., Everett, Washington
AUG 1 7 1988
...................................
U. EVtRETT
public
viuf Ks Uept. CITY OF
everett
CITY HALL . 2598755
EVERETT. WASHINGTON
98201
It was brought to the attention of the City of Everett Housing
Inspector by Craig Hulet, occupant of 1710 - 32nd Street, that the
hot water tank servicing his unit had a leak.
At the request of Mr. Hulet, an inspection of the hot water tank was
made today. The inspection revealed a pinhole in the tank caused by
rust which can be seen on the tank. The rust has contaminated the
potable water in the tank. All of this indicates that the hot water
tank needs to be replaced.
Sincerely,
Iri
un G. Payne
!
Housing Inspector
MGP/sk
cc: Craig Hulet
5758F
