The Applicant must obtain a Building Permit for the change of use. <br />Plane are required to ensure compliance of the new use to Uniform <br />Building Code (UBC) requirements. <br />2. All conditions of Variance No. 32-88 as listed below must be met: <br />A. The Applicant is able to provide four parking spaces on the. <br />site and two of those parking spaces must be signed for the <br />I residential use on the site; <br />B. The Applicant must provide the City with a copy of a one-year <br />lease with option to renew for one year for the other three <br />I required parking spaces within 300 feet of the property; <br />i <br />C. This variance Is valid only for the current use. Any further <br />change of use will require a new application for a use permit <br />and variance. <br />13.
