Baty, Assistant Fire Marshal <br />DATE: September 27, 1995 <br />SUBJECT: USE N7-95 <br />CONVERT DUPLEX WITH OFFICE INTO TRIPLEX <br />1710 - 32nd STREET & 3201 WETMORE AVENUE <br />Access - The Uniform Fire Code requires that all new structures shall provide Fire Department <br />access roads to within 150 feet of all portions of the ground floor. Fire Department access <br />roads (Fire Lanes) shall provide a minimum of 20 feet in width of unobstructed, all -season <br />driving surface with a minimum clear height of 13'6". Fire Lanes will be posted and <br />maintained as required by the Fire Department. <br />Access - O.K. as shown on the site plan reviewed. <br />Premise Identification - Premises shall be clearly identified by the correct address at the street <br />entry. Buildings shall be clearly identified so as to be visible and legible from the access road. <br />Individual apartments and suites, where applicable, shall be clearly and legibly identified from <br />the access road. <br />A fire hydrant is required within 350 driving feet of every structure. <br />PREMISE IDENTIFICATION AND ALL REQUIRED FIRE DEPARTMENT ACCESS <br />ROADS AND FIRE HYDRANTS SHALL BE IN SERVICE PRIOR TO <br />COMMENCEMENT OF CONSTRUCTION. <br />6.
