Plumbers cony turn on water for the purpose of testing their pipes, but they must leave It shut off at the Company's servicrcock, and in no case turn on the water for consumers. The water will not be turned on to any promises until the statement herein required has been furnished to the Company and the inspector shall certify that the work tins been done fit acco•danee with Its rates and reguln- tlons.
