Kristiansen, and Mr. Black <br />were present. Mr. Baird was absent. <br />Mr. Russell announced that item I on the agenda, Northshore <br />Cor,struction Inc. is postponed for tliirty (30) days because of <br />an incorrect publication. <br />A hearing was held on the applicotion of Dean Olson G04 Tamarack, <br />Everett, WA 9£3203 for a variance from Section 19.42.010 of the <br />Everett Municipal Code, Corner Lots - Sight Clearance for oermission <br />to construct a garage and come to within five (5) feet of ti�e side <br />yard proper'ty line for a corner lot rather than the code iequirement <br />of ten (10) feet from the side property line for a corner lot. <br />Legal Description: Lot 17 Beverly Hills Div. #6 <br />Address: 604 Tamarack <br />'oning: R-2 Sirigle-Family High Density Residence <br />Mr. John Cross, a building contractor, represented Mr.. Alsc,, it was noted that the developer <br />would need to keep the proposed cunstruction costs for_ the addition <br />below the 508 value of the existing residence. <br />Tliere caas no opposition from the audience. <br />I�fter visually viewing the subject property and considering all the <br />facts it was moved by Mr. Berg seccnded by :dr.
