The granting of the variance will not adversely affect the comprehen- <br />sive plan. <br />As a condition on the grantin.g of this variance, the following stipulation was <br />made: <br />1. The variance will only be in effect so long as the building is leased to <br />the Fleet Reserve Association, and a minimum of twenty three (23) <br />parking stalls within one hundred and fifty (150) feet of the property <br />will be maintained. <br />A hearing was held on the application of Elmer Walcker, 3501 - 172ne, S.W. , <br />Lynnwood for a variance from Section 15. 04. 075 E. (Zoning Ordinance) <br />Subsection C minimum lot size and width for permission to subdivide two (2) <br />existing lots in,o three parcels each totaling 12, 000 square feet with a mini- <br />mum lot width of eighty (80) feet. Lots 10 and 12, block 8, Shore Acres <br />(Wave Drive, 33r.d Avenue West). <br />After hearing considerable testimony by both the opponents and proponents, <br />it was moved by Mr. Cronin, seconded by Mr. Ingram, and unanimously <br />carried to postpone the rendering of a decision on the application until the <br />'October 2, 1972 public hearing for the following reasons: <br />1. More tima is needed for study and observation. <br />2. Will the reduction of less than 12, 5v0 square feet per lot be detrimen- <br />tal to the surrounding area. <br />3. Will there be an affect on the comprehensive general plan. <br />A hearing was held on the application of O'Connor and Cronin Realty Inc., <br />9700 Evergreen Way, Everett for a variance from Section 15. 04. 220 E. C.
