I N D U S T R NE I E S I The Alpine Advantage Dual -Sealed Insulating Glass Alpine Industries, Inc. warrants its Dual - Sealed Insulating Glass for fifteen (15) years to be free of material obstruction of vision from dust or film formation between the sealed panes of glass result- ing from failure of perimeter seals due to defective materials or defective work- manship in the manufacturing of this product. Any such failure occurring within the first five (5) years will be replaced at no charge to the customer. Commencing with the sixth (6th) year, a forty (40) percent replacement charge will be imposed, with an additional 6.7% incremental fee each year thereafter. Alpine warrants all frame components, labor and caulking for one (1) year to be free of defects due to manufacturing and/or installation. All requests for warranty work must be accompanied by this form and/or a copy of the original invoice. (Alpine Industries, Inc. reserves the right to inspect units prior to authorizing warranty work.) Customer's Name Alpine's obligation is not to install said unit or units ... but to replace the defec- tive unit F.O.B. the factory.(Bothell, WA) or the dealer's warehouse from which the original sale was made. Warranty coverage does not apply to glass breakage from structural settling, misuse, accidents, fire, acts of God, excessive heat or causes other than ordinary use. It also does not cover units which are installed at more than fifteen (15) degrees from vertical.
