Therefore the only aossible alter- <br />native is to provide access from Paget Ave. with a right -of -may less than <br />the nre,.cribed GO feet in order to get the best utilization of this property. <br />POINT 2. The variance I am requesting will not be detrimental to <br />the public e:elfarc or injurious to the properties or improvements <br />in the vicinity of a zone in which my property is located because: <br />The 30.0 foot access road will be of sufficient width to nrovidc safe acce:;s <br />to the lots so created. The adjoining prol)erty_will not be adversely affected <br />by the road in question by virtue of its total enclosure within the apnlicantLs <br />property. <br />POINT 3. If this variance is not grantee,, an unnecessary harship will <br />continue to the owner of this property, the cause of which is beyond <br />his controle because: <br />The present lot configuration and lack of constructed access on the west does <br />not allow total use of this )roperty. <br />POINT A. So as not to grant a special privilege to me by the granting <br />of this variance I submit the following conditions to be imposed ao <br />as not to cause inconsistencies with the limitations upon other <br />properties in the vicinity and zone in which I am located. <br />The lots created by this variance_ amwoval will be ,is lame or larger than <br />the other lots in the vicinity, and accordinr v the houses constructed whereon <br />should be of a value in conformance with or higher than the,neiuhboring houses. <br />
